Order Processing Times

Standard Lens Orders:
Orders containing standard (non-prescription) lenses are shipped within 1–2 business days.

Customised/Prescription Lens Orders:
Orders that include prescription or modified lenses are subject to additional international freight costs and extended processing times due to the customisation involved. These orders will be expedited as soon as possible, and we’ll keep you updated along the way.

Shipping Options & Costs:

FREE Standard Shipping (2–8 business days from dispatch)

Express Shipping – $10 AUD (1–4 business days from dispatch)

Note: Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
